Payment and Cancellation Policy

At Brattleboro Aesthetics, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality aesthetic care. To ensure we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to each of our clients, we adhere to the following financial and appointment policies.
Payment & Service
Elective Care: Treatments at Brattleboro Aesthetics are elective cosmetic procedures and are not covered by insurance.
Payment: Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing options.
No-Refund Policy: To cover the cost of medical supplies and clinical time, all services and prepaid packages are non-refundable. While we strive for excellence, aesthetic results are not guaranteed and dissatisfaction does not warrant a refund.
Cancellation and "No-Shows"
We value your time and our provider’s schedule. We require a credit card on file to secure all appointments.
48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $30 fee charged to the card on file.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a $30 fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to stay on schedule for other clients. If the delay prevents the procedure from being performed safely, it will be treated as a late cancellation.
Prepaid Packages & Credits
While package sales are final, we want you to feel confident in your investment. If you choose to discontinue a prepaid series, the remaining balance may be converted into a non-expiring Brattleboro Aesthetics Credit for other services or products calculated based on the full retail price of treatments already received.
